Position Overview:
We are looking for a disciplined, vigilant, and reliable individual to maintain a secure working environment. Preference will be given to candidates with a retired army background .
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor premises and control access to the facility
Conduct routine checks and perimeter patrols
Respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activities
Maintain daily security logs and incident reports
Ensure accurate visitor and vehicle record management
Assist in emergency situations and enforce safety protocols
Requirements:
Retired Army personnel strongly preferred
Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent
Physically fit and medically cleared for duty
Strong observation and communication skills
Prior experience in industrial security will be an advantage
