Serco Middle East is hiring Security Guards to protect the premises of one of our clients in the United Arab Arab Emirates. The position includes both Entry Point and Patrol responsibilities and will follow a rotational shift schedule.

Key Accountabilities

• Safeguard the security of the premises and surrounding perimeter.
• Maintain awareness of threat levels and report suspicious activities.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and collaborate with personnel, contractors and external agencies.
• Act as a deterrent to prevent non‑compliance with security protocols.
• Report any incidents to the on‑duty client representative.
