Robert Half is seeking an experienced Security & Identity Engineer for an exciting opportunity with one of our enterprise clients in the Charlotte area. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on strengthening enterprise security across identity, endpoint protection, email security, and modern Microsoft security technologies.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded Microsoft security professional who has independently administered enterprise security platforms rather than simply supporting senior engineers. This position requires someone who is collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple security disciplines.


Responsibilities

+ Administer and maintain Microsoft Purview to support data governance, compliance, data classification, and information protection initiatives.

+ Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access policies to secure users, devices, and cloud applications.
