**About this opportunity**:
We are now hiring a Security Manager in Norway. This position combines two equally important roles:
- Ensure that our desired security level is achieved throughout all in-country operations while contributing to team-wide objectives with our skills and expertise.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the Business Continuity framework in the Market Area of Europe and Latin America (MELA).
**What you will do**:
- Assist in managing local security needs, ensuring alignment with global, local, and customer requirements, mainly;
- Provide input and support to the Ericsson Norway leadership team on security matters.
- Help coordinate security governance efforts and contribute to crisis management planning and execution.
