Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Provide consistent professional and proactive guest service while collaborating with colleagues. 
Regularly patrol all areas and buildings to ensure safety and security. 
Address and manage the presence of trespassers or unauthorized individuals on the property. 
Carry out security and baggage checks as necessary. 
Monitor CCTV cameras and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues. 
Observe and report any vehicle violations on the property including parking issues, speeding and dangerous driving. 
Respond promptly to activated fire prevention systems, investigate causes and report findings. 
Address guest and staff concerns offering first aid and casualty care in a timely compassionate and helpful manner. 
Build and maintain strong effective working relationships with all departments.
