Position Overview

Duties and Responsibilities
  • To carry out the daily deployment duties and specified tasks at the different duty points.
  • Smile & Greet all incoming and exiting patients/visitors
  • Assist to open/close arriving/departing vehicles at the front lobby
  • Proactive assistance to arriving/departing patients/visitors (wheelchair, trolley etc)
  • Provide directional assistance by assisting in taxi call services, wheelchair/portering coordination
  • Ensure smooth flow of vehicles on the road, in the carparks and coordination of taxi flow and service
  • To assist in the efficient running of, and in all matters relating to car park management.
  • Ensure and administer Key, Card Access Control & Administration and Contractor Management (Pass issue)
