Coop Retail Store, Whitley Bay - 40 hours per week, £13.45 per hour, with coverage on the Newcastle Upon Tyne Store Detective Team at £17.03 per hour when working with the team.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers’ property, people, and assets by providing security services in accordance with the site’s published Assignment Instructions (AIs) and any subsequent changes.
• Deliver results that meet or exceed the key performance indicators / service level agreements for the customer, ensuring full responsibility and accountability to aid in contract retention.
• Attend additional training to ensure continuous self-development.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, UK law, and guidance bodies as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Complete all tasks and duties on site as defined within the published AIs.
• Review published AIs regularly and suggest amendments that improve or enhance service delivery.
