Overview of Position:

Protects life and property of all persons on Genesis HealthCare System property. Must be knowledgeable of Genesis policy/procedures. Works in tandem with other departments/employees to work out problems and find solutions to patient, visitor and staff needs. As needed, will cross-fill the Patient Access Associate position, which is responsible for greeting patients/family members and obtaining demographic, clinical, financial and insurance information in the process of registering patients for service delivery.
