In this critical role, you will support Sun Life’s Cyber Security program by ensuring that protection mechanisms are effective. You'll assist with ticket management, collaborate between security teams, and continuously verify controls against cyber risks to fortify organizational security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain operational functionality of cyber security tools
• Manage tickets for problem resolution and triage
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for security technologies
• Communicate operational updates and issues as needed
• Document and update CSIRT process playbooks
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years in IT security field
• Experience with cloud security platforms
• Professional certifications in IT security preferred
