POSITION SUMMARY: The Security Specialist position is a full-time non-exempt position responsible for providing Information and Personnel Security Program assistance for Non-Guard Security Services at MARSOC Camp Lejeune, NC (CLNC). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist with the execution of Information and Personnel Security Programs (IPSP), which may include implementing policies and procedures for the command security program, reviewing requests for security clearances and special accesses, determining the type of personnel security checks required. Review security questionnaires for completeness and accuracy.Manage and maintain the personnel check-in/out process and packages.
