Position Summary

The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily security operations of Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, contractors and hotel assets. The role supports the Security Manager in implementing security policies, emergency response procedures, loss prevention initiatives and ensuring compliance with SIRA , Dubai Police, UAE Civil Defence and Radisson Hotel Group standards.

• Supervise Security Officers during assigned shifts.
• Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, public spaces, back‑of‑house, beach facilities and the hotel perimeter.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
• Ensure all security equipment is operational and report any defects.
• Enforce hotel security policies and standard operating procedures.
