We are seeking Security Supervisor to maintain top tier security standards at our site, with details below:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guarding posts are fully attended during rosters times and manage Contractor Personnel performance to meet the contract Performance Framework.
• Maintain comprehensive records, including personnel rosters, training logs, access control (pedestrian & vehicle), and daily activity reports.
• Liaise with local police and other security authorities regarding any changes to the security environment.
• Provide regular training (inductions & refreshers) and manage disciplinary actions or absenteeism of Contractor Personnel.
• Remain sensitive to local cultural and threat environments while maintaining 24/7 availability for emergency response.
