With a direct focus on offering exceptional hospitality, provides dynamic customer service working in a dual security services officer/patient services representative role serving as a facility welcome space ambassador. Supports the organization's modernized patient registration strategy by promoting increased self-serve, patient registration electronic check-in device utilization while providing routine and on-demand security services

Essential Functions

+ Performs best in class customer service, while maintain highly visible waiting room coordination to deter violations of hospital policies and criminal acts

+ Acts as agent to support and encourage self-service model of patient registration

+ Documents information on incident reports and other required documents in a thorough, factual and timely manner
