General Description:

Manage and coordinate all service activities for commercial lines clients $2,500 in revenue or below. Serve as primary contact, responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Understand and execute marketing, analyze options, present recommendations, and implement insurance programs. Maintain 92% or above retention on assigned book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the client relationship, account retention, and developing a comprehensive and competitive insurance program.

• Work independently to inform and educate clients on policy changes, exclusions, insurance coverages, and insurance industry trends.
