The school is currently seeking a Behaviour Specialist to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies to enhance students' learning experiences in the classroom. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of SEMH and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), along with the ability to tailor support to effectively meet these student’s individual needs.
