Due to rising demand, we are looking for resilient and dedicated SEMH Specialist Teaching Assistants to join our network.
Your new role
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who may experience challenges with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning. You will play a crucial role in helping students feel supported, understood, and able to succeed within the classroom.This role may involve working on a 1:1 basis or with small groups, both within mainstream classrooms and in alternative or nurture settings.
