Purpose

Perform onsite/offsite support activities in North America, including on‑site product installation, customer training, integration, maintenance, and repair of our Engineering Test Handler and Manipulators/Docking systems. Assume responsibility for customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships, exercising good judgment in resolving customer issues.
