Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and optimise process integration flow for silicon-based photonics devices. Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimise critical process parameters (throughput, yield, etc.). Collaborate with devices, integration, equipment, and reliability teams to enhance process capability. Drive technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing with optimised process windows. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Why Join Us

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related field 20+ years of semiconductor process engineering experience (R&D or manufacturing) Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication process flows ...
