Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support, ensuring progress in both academic and personal development.

• Implement and monitor EHCP targets and use assessment data to track pupil progress.
