SEN Learning Support Assistant - Andover

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in the Andover area. This role involves working with children and young people who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and social, emotional or behavioural challenges.

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide personalised support that enables pupils to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve positive outcomes. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or through small‑group interventions, depending on individual needs.
