SEN Teaching Assistant

(Required for September 2026)

St Edmund’s College is seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional educational needs within our thriving Learning Support Department.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to help pupils access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential through individual and small-group support.

Is passionate about supporting young people

Has strong communication and teamwork skills

Can promote independence and inclusion

Is patient, adaptable, and proactive

Experience working with children or SEN pupils is desirable.
