SEN Teaching Assistant - Hinckley

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Rate: 100- 105 per day (DOE)

Aspire People is delighted to partner with a welcoming primary school in Hinckley to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) in a UK school setting.

The Role:

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEN.
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning and intervention programs.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a UK school, ideally supporting pupils with SEN.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.
