Niche Education Ltd are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work in SEN schools across the Teesside area.

A successful candidate will have worked as a teaching assistant in a school before or have relevant SEN experience in either healthcare or another sector which they can transfer over to an education setting.

The schools are specialist providers for children with special educational needs. Children who attend these schools will usually have a Statement of Educational Need or an Education, Health and Care Plans.

The schools are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and resourceful individuals to join a dedicated and hardworking team of specialised support staff. They are looking for people who will enjoy being effective in supporting students with complex needs and who have an appreciation of the positive attitude required to encourage independence in their students.
