We are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary schools resourced provision in Plaistow. This role involves working closely with students who have severe SEN, including ASD and nonverbal communication, supporting their learning, emotional wellbeing, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing tailored support to students with severe SEN within the resourced provision.
Assisting with communication using alternative methods for nonverbal students.
Supporting students through emotional dysregulation episodes with patience and understanding.
