The Role SENCo: Lead the strategic development of SEND policy and provision across the school. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the SEND policy, coordinating targeted support for pupils with additional needs. Identify pupils requiring EHCPs, ensuring timely assessment and appropriate provision. Provide training and guidance for teaching staff and teaching assistants. Plan and implement interventions in collaboration with external professionals, including Educational Psychologists and Speech & Language Therapists.
