SEND Learning Support Guide Basingstoke

Prospero Teaching is looking for a committed and nurturing SEND Learning Support Guide to join a welcoming school in Basingstoke. This long-term role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs through focused 1:1 work and structured small group sessions, helping them engage with learning and succeed in a supportive environment.
The school is seeking someone who is calm, patient, and passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning. You’ll work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to provide tailored support that encourages confidence, independence, and emotional well-being.
This role is ideal for those with previous SEND experience, individuals looking to build a career within education, or graduates keen to develop hands-on experience supporting children with diverse needs.
