We need our SEND tutors to create and deliver engaging lessons for students with a large range of SEND tailored to each individual student.
Previous tuition experience or experience in a classroom environment where your skills can be transferred to a more 1:1‑focused lesson will be valuable. One of the main aims of the role is to support the student in their learning, while also helping them with the stability and structure they need to excel in everyday life.
Tuition sessions for each student will typically be set for a certain number of hours per week (between 1‑15), ideally during school hours. We also ask for a detailed report each week to monitor student progress and ensure they are on track to meet their goals.
