TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Alternative Provision based in Mansfield (NG21), dedicated to supporting students who require a more personalised approach to learning. The provision focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where students can develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

The provision is looking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with students with SEND and SEMH needs, providing tailored support both inside and outside the classroom. The Teaching Assistant will play a key role in promoting engagement, supporting behaviour management, and helping students achieve positive outcomes.
