Hays Education is working in partnership with a number of inclusive and supportive secondary schools across London. Due to increasing demand for specialist support, we are seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants with experience supporting pupils with ADHD and/or Autism (ASD).

Your new role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs to access the curriculum and thrive within a secondary school environment.This role will involve both 1:1 support and working with small groups, helping students manage their learning, behaviour, and emotional needs.Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting students with ADHD and/or ASD in lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Implementing strategies to support attention, engagement, and emotional regulation
