Job description

Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)

Pupils require high levels of care, structure, and individualised support throughout the school day.
The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with complex needs
Assist with personal care, mobility, and feeding where required
Support learning activities tailored to individual education plans (EHCPs)
Use communication tools such as PECS, Makaton, or sensory strategies
