At Engage, we know that a school runs on quality staff. We’ve spent time building strong relationships with schools in the North West and the school we are working with are looking for a SENDco Lead to work on a full-time basis.

SENDco Leader Requirements:

As a SENDco leader, you will have QTS

*

Develop and oversee the implementation of the school's SEN policy

*

As the SENDco Leader, you will be working closely with the leadership teams across 2 primary schools.

*

Carry out assessments of pupils with SEN to identify needs and monitor progress - including observations in the classroom and meeting with teachers and parents

*

Work with classroom teachers, the school leadership team, parents and relevant external agencies to develop, implement and monitor individual support/learning plans
