5+ years of SaaS product management, consulting, pre-sales, or customer success experience - preferably in enterprise cloud solutions
8+ years of experience working cross-functionally with customers, product development, marketing and customer success to drive product growth
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Technical aptitude and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and implementation
Preferred experience in external workforce management, vendor management systems (VMS), or contingent workforce program management (preferably direct Workday VNDLY experience)
