Take concepts and ideas from brief or discussion and translate them into accurate, detailed 3D models ready for production
Scale and adapt designs to fit specific size, space, or functional requirements without compromising structural integrity or design intent
Prepare and optimise 3D models for printing, ensuring designs are structurally sound and print-ready across different materials and scales
Operate and manage both small desktop and large-format 3D printers, handling setup, calibration, and maintenance
Troubleshoot print failures, material issues, and hardware faults to minimise downtime and waste
Post-process printed parts including sanding, finishing, assembly, and quality checking
Work closely with the engineering and product team to iterate on designs based on feedback and real-world testing
