Description

Cox Communications is searching for an experienced Access Network Engineer to perform evaluation, testing, and analysis on all FTTx hardware and software components for new product offerings, network growth and/or customer-specific applications. This position will plan, design, and test complex voice, data, and/or video networks including individual components and interoperability of multiple FTTx network elements from different vendors. At higher levels, the Engineer will help conduct strategic network assessments based upon emerging network trends, technologies, and/or future service offerings, and develop plans to address needs.
