You'll own a book of business within Mural's self‑serve customer base, identifying where there's room to grow and converting that potential into revenue. This means staying close to your accounts, understanding how teams are actually using Mural, and finding the right moment to deepen the relationship. Whether that's expanding a team, unlocking a new use case, or moving a customer from self‑serve to a more structured partnership. This is a hunting role. You'll be proactive, comfortable with outbound, and motivated by building pipeline from existing customers rather than waiting for inbound signals.
