Position Overview

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching and closing new customers within the freight brokerage space. You’ll target high-volume, strategic accounts and manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to managing the book of business, securing the deal. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role centered on driving new business.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities
  • Cold call, network and prospect to build a strong pipeline
  • Create tailored freight solutions for high-volume shippers
  • Negotiate rates, close deals and oversee customer onboarding
