As a Senior Account Manager , you will drive growth by winning and expanding staffing business with Global Capability Centers, combining new business acquisition with strategic account development across technology and non-technology hiring.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
Business Development & New Logo Acquisition
- Identify, target, and penetrate Global Capability Centers across industries including IT, Digital, Engineering, BFSI, captives, and product companies
- Build and execute structured account entry strategies to engage CHROs, Talent Heads, TA leaders, and business stakeholders
- Drive new staffing opportunities across permanent hiring, contract or temporary staffing, and RPO or project-based hiring where applicable
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and solutioning to pricing, negotiation, and successful closure of deals
