• Design a business development plan for the industry under his or her responsibility to build a network of clients and prospects via the following activities:
• Implement a direct solicitation approach for prospects/stakeholders/clients.
• Become an active member of industry associations.
• Get references from clients and other association stakeholders.
• Target client and prospect needs and anticipate how their situations may evolve, recommend strategies adapted to their needs.
• Carry out preliminary risk analyses to ensure that financing structures are consistent with the Bank’s policies, programs and procedures. <...
