The Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of one of our most important client relationships. This is a high-stakes account with a complex internal structure, layered approval workflows, and an appetite for ambitious creative work across brand identity, advertising campaigns, print and digital production, social content, and motion. You'll be the steady hand the client relies on, the strategic voice in the room, and the partner Project Managers acount on to set them up to execute. You own the relationship and the commercial health of the account; PMs own the day-to-day production engine. We need someone who reads a room, navigates politics without getting tangled in them, and turns even the messiest brief into a plan the agency can execute against.
