Description
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
+ Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
+ Analyze financial statements and investigate variances.
+ Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records.
+ Prepare internal financial reports and support management reporting needs.
+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
+ Support internal and external audit requests.
+ Review fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts.
+ Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementing efficiencies.
+ Collaborate with departments across the organization to resolve accounting-related issues.
