Position Overview
Description
β’ Assist with employee onboarding, including documentation and system setup
β’ Maintain employee records and support compliance with company policies
β’ Partner with leadership on general HR administration and process improvements
β’ Assist management in review and selection of employee benefit plans.
β’ Lead and execute the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
β’ Maintain and analyze cost accounting data, including inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
β’ Support job costing and manufacturing reporting to improve operational insights
β’ Prepare payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
β’ Partner with leadership on budgeting and forecasting activities
β’ Assist with fiscal year-end close and audits
