Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting & Month-End Close

• Own and execute day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all financial data.
• Perform and review account reconciliations, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external accountants and advisors as required.

Accounts Payable & Purchasing Controls

• Own the full-cycle accounts payable function, including invoice processing, approvals, and payment execution.
• Support and enforce purchasing policies, approval workflows, and spending controls across the organization.
