Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets from acquisition to disposal, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed‑asset accounting close processes, including depreciation calculations and reconciliation.
• Prepare and analyze fixed‑asset reports, providing insights into asset performance and identifying potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies related to fixed assets, including capitalization thresholds and depreciation methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in fixed‑asset accounting.
• CPAs or holders of similar professional certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience with a multinational corporation or a company with complex fixed‑asset portfolios is advantageous.
