The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the accounting operations a Retirement Community during a period of significant transformation and growth. This is a hands-on accounting position for a highly motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of deliverables, and consistently meets deadlines.

The ideal candidate is someone who built a strong accounting foundation early in their career, preferably through experience in a public accounting firm or small accounting practice, and has since developed solid full-cycle accounting experience.
