Description
The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the month-end and year-end close process, preparing and reviewing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP. This role partners closely with accounting leadership and cross-functional departments to analyze financial data, resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and maintain strong internal controls. The Senior Accountant may also assist with audits, budgeting, financial statement preparation, fixed asset accounting, and mentoring junior accounting staff.
Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ 3+ years of progressive accounting experience

+ Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
