Position Overview

Solid Power is a dynamic, fast‑paced, collaborative, and innovative organization, and the Senior Accountant is a key contributor to the company’s accounting and financial reporting operations. This role supports month‑end and year‑end close activities, account reconciliations, technical accounting analyses, audit deliverables, and the continuous improvement of accounting policies and procedures. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in partnership with cross‑functional teams. This position reports to the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting and partners closely with the Accounting Manager to support Solid Power’s internal and external financial reporting responsibilities.
