Senior Accounts & HR Executive Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and experienced Senior Accounts & HR Executive to manage the company’s accounting functions while supporting basic HR and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries)
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (Xero preferred)
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in month-end closing
- Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue payments
- Process supplier payments and staff claims
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
