Your day-to-day

As a Senior Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for handling purchase invoices and assisting accounting assignments for an international client. Your role will include handling AP invoices and VAT processing, managing banking and payment transactions, allocating incoming payments, and processing travel and expense claims, all with the support of your team.

In practice, you will:

• Managing and allocating purchase invoices, including accruals, reconciliations, and issue resolution across international clients and systems
• Supporting payment processes, including monitoring transactions, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy and proper controls
• Assisting with accounting tasks, such as investigating discrepancies, preparing reconciliations, and supporting balance sheet reporting
