Review staff expense claims, supplier payments, and manage payment cycle runs.

Monitor outstanding receivables and provide regular updates on debt collection status.

Review inventory aging with the Logistics and Operations teams on a quarterly basis.

Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics to update monthly project work-in-progress (WIP) costing.

Maintain accurate financial records and a well-organized filing system.

Prepare and review cash flow reports and forecasts.

Prepare and review journal entries and month-end accounting schedules.
