Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of accounting records for incoming receipts and carry out regular bank reconciliations.
- Log daily donation entries and verify them against the transaction history to ensure reconciliation with daily collections.
- Compile the yearly fixed asset schedule to support audit requirements.
- Assist in developing and organizing the annual budget plan.
- Prepare and update the fixed asset register annually to facilitate audit processes.
